RULES AND INFORMATION

Entry into the residence implies acceptance of these rules, which may be supplemented by additional provisions deemed appropriate by the management to ensure the proper functioning of the facility. Failure to comply with the rules, as well as actions detrimental to the harmony and tranquility of the stay, may result in being removed from the property as an undesirable guest.

CANCELLATION TERMS

For the Flex Rate: A deposit of 30% of the total stay is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% is due upon arrival.

Free cancellation up to 10 days before the arrival date with a refund of the deposit, minus a €25 booking fee.

In case of cancellation after 10 days from the arrival date or in the case of no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.

For the Prepaid Insured Rate and 7-Day Refund: A deposit of 30% of the total stay is required at the time of booking. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE by the property (but refundable by the insurance company). The remaining 70% must be paid 15 days prior to arrival.

The Insured Rate guarantees cancellation due to unforeseen events and offers a refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount according to the insurance policy applied at the time of booking.

RECEPTION

Opening hours – Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Afternoon: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

On the day of departure, accommodations must be vacated by 10:00 AM.

For arriving guests, accommodations are available from 4:00 PM.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

The reservation will be confirmed only after receiving a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount.

If no communication is received within 24 hours of the expected arrival, the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Upon arrival, guests are requested to present themselves at the reception to complete the check-in and pay the balance.

We accept cash, bank drafts, and credit cards.

CIRCULATION AND QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours must be respected from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM. During these times, the volume of radios and TVs must be kept low, gatherings and meetings should be avoided, and any other noise that may disturb guests must be refrained from.

VISITORS

Visitors to resident guests are NOT ALLOWED. The management may make exceptions upon prior authorization. Visitors are not allowed during peak season.

DEPARTURES

At check-out, the unit will be inspected. Any damage to the furniture or facilities must be compensated. A security deposit of €100 is required.

INFORMATION AND RESTRICTIONS

Pets are not allowed.

Please take care of and respect common areas and vegetation.

Barbecues are not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations.

FREE SERVICES

Parking (1 car per unit) is FREE and assigned within the village. The management is not responsible for any damage caused by unknown parties.

Bed linen change is scheduled for Sundays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the reception. Guests must hand in the used linen and collect the clean one.

DAMAGES – INSURANCE – LOST ITEMS

The management offers a free valuables storage service. Items not deposited are considered non-existent for any compensation purposes. The residence is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseen events.
